Lingering EmbersLingering Embers.  A 2015 introduction. Lingering Embers really does light up the flower beds, it almost seems to have it's own self-generating light source, especially when the Sun is low in the sky, it just glows. It is a mid-season blooming burnt-orange self with a wide red eye zone and a yellow throat. Flowering 28 inches above foliage that is dormant during the winter months, Lingering Embers will not disappoint. Very reliable, very hardy and very vigorous.

Savoy TruffleSavoy Truffle.  A 2015 introduction. Savoy Truffle is a delightful pale lavender pink self with a deep wine red eye zone and green throat. The early to mid-season fragrant blooms stand 33 inches above the evergreen foliage. Although Savoy Truffle is evergreen, it has been bred for North European climates and so blooms very well here in the hills of mid Wales. Tetraploid.

More about our Daylilies

The ideal growing conditions for Hemerocallis are a well-drained, moisture retentive soil with plenty of organic matter added. Despite this they are very tough plants, and will tolerate most growing conditions.

The Hemerocallis we provide are sent to our customers bare-rooted. This allows us to be able to deliver good quality plants at a competitive price. Provided the ground is frost-free we deliver all year round. For information regarding what to do once you receive bare-rooted plants, please click the 'cultivation' link.
